These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders. Please read carefully.

  • Customer Service 

Here at PGP, we aim to maintain a strong customer relationship and outstanding customer service, however we reserve the right to refuse service if we feel it is appropriate to do so.

  • Payment and Delivery

A) All payments must be made in full and upfront via bank transfer unless otherwise stated by PGP. An invoice will be sent with all details as a receipt and confirmation of your order. We do not use third parties such as PayPal for any payments. PGP will not proceed with any work until we have received full payment of the order.

B) Once payment has been made and we have the full specification of the order, we will then aim to deliver the parcel in the confirmed delivery timescale given by PGP. Our Delivery partners 'DPD' will deliver the parcel within the next working day from completion of the order.

C) Delivery fee is included in the final price given by PGP, unless otherwise stated. We do not allow collection unless otherwise stated. If a delivery is missed by a customer and is returned back to ourselves by DPD, a second delivery charge will apply. The delivery is fully tracked and signed for. In the case of any loss, a full investigation will be raised by DPD and a solution will be given once it has closed.

D) Once payment is made, we require full order specification, this includes: 

  • Logos 
  • Delivery address
  • Name of company/organisation 
  • Mobile number
  • Specification of logos 
  • Specification of sizes/colours 

These should be clear instructions. 

E) Delivery timeframe will be given by PGP. In most cases these are possible however in some cases, given the nature of the process may not always be achievable or guaranteed. 

F) Delivery dates may change in the case of any alterations to the order.

  • Artwork / Digitising of Logos 

A) Printing 

All logos must be sent in best quality format. if this is not possible, PGP will have to use our third party partners to conduct a redraw on any artwork. This will incur a charge of that stated by PGP on discussion.

B) Embroidery 

All embroidery will have a set up fee. The set up fee will depend on the complexity of the logo and size.  The set up fee allows the embroidery to have a quality stitch pattern and allows durability of each stitch. 

For artwork redraws/ embroidery digitising, please allow up to an extra working day to allow for the process to be completed. 

  • Alterations 

Changes to orders will not be allowed after full payment has been made unless otherwise stated by PGP. If any changes are made and accepted by PGP, these may incur an additional charge.

  • Prices

Personalisation is bespoke from customer to customer. The prices given will be dependent on the exact design, quantity of garments and the labour involved. Estimates are given based on average costs of each process however this may vary from the actual design. Once the designs and specifications have been submitted to PGP we are able to give an accurate costing. 

  • Copyright 

PGP has the right to refuse service if we deem the order to be of illegal nature. 

  • Specification 

If the order is not specific to the required standard, PGP will use the standard requirements for the job. We require specific specification for the order if the customer wants exact to their needs. Any specific measurements, brands or colours must be submitted to PGP prior to payment.

  • Refund and Exchanges 

Due to personalisation, refunds and exchanges will only be given at the discretion of PGP if we agree the fault lies with us. 

PGP must be notified of any faulty items within 2 working days of receiving your order. All faulty garments must be returned to PGP for investigation before any refunds can be given. Any items deemed faulty by yourself must remain in the same condition they were when you received them to allow a fair investigation.
